HT Powerbroker helps growing trade publications expand into attractive markets. It launched Broker Banker magazine with the intention to provide mortgage originators with industry insights, sales education, motivation and product information.
 
Upon contacting Sciberus, HT Powerbroker was looking to develop an online portal to extend its magazine from a regional to a national audience. It wanted to give clients access to a number of resources through its website, while building additional revenue stream through protected resources that were accessible after payment was made online based on a custom fee structure.

THE PROCESS

Working remotely, the Sciberus staff was able to have telephone conversations to document the key components that HT Powerbroker deemed important.  After gaining an understanding of the base requirements, each feature was outlined and detailed.  Throughout this process, the Sciberus staff continued to brainstorm, and amended the original requirements list to include items that were originally neglected or overlooked.  This effort resulted in the design of a fully featured online portal that was very robust.
